Best Guide Ever! Jan 24, 2010 Comic Book Guy's book of pop culture is a hilarious read. Get in the know with Film, sci-fi, gaming, and of course, comics. Read all about a typical day in the life of comic book guy and learn his all time favorite quotes. Take a look at how to run your own comic book shop. Look at CBG places to be such as gaming tournaments, parent's basement, and baseball card convention. Learn the 15 types of moviegoers.
A roll-on-the-floor-laughing book for not only for Simpson's fans but comic book fans as well. I highly, highly recommend it.
Best Book About Comic Book Guy EVER Nov 07, 2009 You love the Simpsons!
You love Comic Book Guy!
And, well, to gain the best possible enjoyment of this book, you also love, or at least have a passing knowledge of, movies, science-fiction, pro wrestling (Rob Van Dam in ECW makes a cameo!), comics, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, and just general geek culture. And if you do, you'll LOVE this book. Sure, it seems to be the same gags just updated every few pages... but what are you expecting, Pride and Prejudice?
It's an illustrated book, it has Simpsons-esque humor, and it's an enjoyable read. Highly recommended.

Be humbled by his greatness Mar 04, 2006 This bloke who runs a small shop in this town of Springfield is a fascinating fellow. His insights to the workings of the modern world are fascinating. We should all aspire to be more like him. This chapbook of his philosophies is required reading for self-improvement.
I worry that he may devote too much of his attentions to TV, but I fear that without something he derives from it he would not be quite the Master that he is.

...BEST CBG book ever! Jan 04, 2006 CBG has always been one of my faves and this book does NOT let the hardcore viewer down. Rarely seen footage of CBG in the past and some of his more ridiculously funny Tshirts are scattered throughout the book. A must have for any Simps fan - especially on one of the funniest, yet rarely seen "actors".
